Me: "You don't like being the helper?"
Kenley: "I just want to be a kid."

grandma's birthday.

"I told my teacher that I'm not going to be at school tomorrow because tomorrow is my grandma's birthday, and I have to be at my grandma's house for her birthday."

"I made some grass because I was in high school before. I mean...  my old school."

Kensley.

An aide at school has been calling Kenley "Kensley." Grandma & I had a discussion with Kenley to tell her how to explain to the aide that her name is "Kenley," which included telling her "my name is Kenley, not Kensley", and "there is no 'S' in my name."

Grandma: *teasing* "What are you doing, Kensley?"
Kenley: "My name doesn't start with a 'C'!"
